The restaurant certainly does not get lost in frills or particularly refined furniture. Although this is a clean and quiet, with a score of seats in total. The core rump of bison is finest in quality, though perhaps a little disappointing. But you have to explain this statement, which could be misleading. The meat quality is excellent, and the cooking is perfect. The only drawback is perhaps the height of the steak, which is beaten over and over again and that takes on the appearance of a roast-beef, rather than a Florentine. Clearly this is an imaginary speech: I expected a steak "American" very high and blood, but the buffalo frog is very thin, tender and melts in your mouth, and - very important for me! - Fat-free strands.
sweets such as fresh pasta, tend to be prepared by the owner of the restaurant, even at the time and on-demand (eg hot eggnog with vanilla ice cream), and if you need the recipe there is no problem : managers are extremely available in cedervela or showing you step by step procedure! It is just like the pasta, be careful with eggs, which are used in quantity rather abundant.
