Rice of the Emperors
Perhaps better known as black rice.
Before a year ago this variety of rice was only a concept encyclopedic to me. I was not ever really taste it, although in my house rice consumption is quite high. Accomplice
a friend who trades in rice have succeeded in introducing this variant in the family, where he was greeted with a mixture of deference and curiosity. To introduce the newcomer
I chose the only recipe tested by our friend, a recipe a delicate, bittersweet, but particularly good, as long as you have patience (rice requires at least 40 minutes of cooking) and as long as you love the taste contrasting border (of the sweet flavor of the pears and gorgonzola).
Black rice with gorgonzola, pears and bacon
Ingredients (serves 4): 320 g
black rice gorgonzola
150 g 200 g bacon, diced (I used the smoked)
2 large pears
Boil the rice in plenty of water slightly salted water for 40 minutes [from the experience of Uccio: If the water is salted as that of pasta, rice will be salty, since it takes so long to cook, the water evaporates, leaving the salt in contact with the rice. My suggestion is to add salt water a little at a time, calibrating the amount of salt gradually, depending on personal taste].
Meanwhile, cook the bacon and pears [from my experience: I used the wok and I have not added or oil, no water. I let the bacon is brown and pears and their anointed one, I do not think there is need more seasoning, more than a teaspoon of oil].
Cut the Gorgonzola into small cubes.
Once cooked, drain the rice and pour into the wok (or pan in which bacon is browned and pears), add the Gorgonzola, blow up the rice until the cheese is completely melted.
Serve.

Thank You Letter For Destination Wedding Guests
Margherita Hack: "This law kills freedom of information, ready to break '
Right now I regret not being a journalist because I would like to participate in person in this battle. " The astrophysicist Margherita Hack has just celebrated his birthday at ottantottesimo Mercatale Val di Pesa. But neither age, nor the climate to be removed before the feast force indignation for the gag law of Margaret and the ways in which it was approved.
What do you think of the law on wiretapping just passed the Senate by a vote of confidence?
"It is a real shame. This law is a help to the criminals and the mafia, because it is known that many crimes are discovered thanks to eavesdropping. But then, little wonder if you look at who's in government: the best are ignorant and weak, the worst a gang of thugs. "
We decided to call the journalists to civil disobedience and violating the law. Do you think this is right?
"Civil disobedience is necessary when the laws are against democracy and freedom. There is a duty to object to a wrong law. I hope that all journalists disobey, even those on the right but consider their work a service to the public and their duty to give the news. "
If we asked to sign a paper to be published in our newspaper violates the law, would you?
"Certainly yes, in fact I regret not being a journalist because I can not participate personally in this battle."
Reporters Without Borders has offered to Italian journalists to publish articles on their site that might no longer be published in Italy and other foreign publications offer hospitality. Would it be a useful form of struggle?
"Yes, but the Italians do not read newspapers in their own language, let alone foreigners. E 'initiative that would echo very small. "
What would you say to young people to persuade them to oppose?
"Young people must be persuaded that freedom of expression is a right that you should not give up. Otherwise we go towards a dictatorship. We know that we have in the past: the freedom of expression must be defended even at the cost of violating the law. When fascism under the racial laws were promulgated, it was only right to oppose and violate them. Now, fortunately, we're not at that point, but the principle behind this law is the same which was the basis of the racial laws: violating freedom. Young people should feel the desire to fight against this. "
What else can you do to make your voice heard?
"In addition to disobey? Go in the square, or make a revolution .... "

Lady Doctor Examines Small Penis
"Today we begin to consider politics as shopping."
In today's Western civilization macroscopically, and in Italy in a microscopic system, operation the right to vote, and the method of selecting candidates to be elected, tend to follow the evaluation criteria that is clearly inconsistent with the idea of \u200b\u200breal democracy.
assessment criteria that result in the voting shares almost surreal, influenced by method of presentation of policy and increasingly cheesy cabaret.
The population, accustomed to the concept of democratic election, compared with today's politics in my spare free time, assessing the concrete actions, depending on palatability and high society that manages to put in place.
The population, accustomed to the concept of democratic election, compared with today's politics in my spare free time, assessing the concrete actions, depending on palatability and high society that manages to put in place.

It assesses the political, and democracy that it should be, as an ingredient of a large cake of consumerism, through which the Western people can eat without having to ask for anything bulimic. Simply considering the appearance of the cake before it el'appetibilità .
Voting as though this were an act can be placed between the acts of everyday life. As if it was a gesture system between the normal gestures that mark the day of the consumerist western city.
democracy, which should reside in a layer higher than that of daily consumption, it found instead to be part of daily consumption and therefore to be considered as part of it. Democracy becomes
consumption. And the democratic vote becomes an act of consumerism as many others.
is chosen as the politician would choose the phone. How do I choose the books (unfortunately few), songs, clothes, toys and technology. Considering everything as a whim deserved.
It exercises the right to vote by applying this, the same criteria that apply during the period of consumption, ie, during the purchase of any item. Assessing the external aspects (often), trendy, fashion, savings, and (more rarely) quality.
The biggest shopping mall in democracy of consumption is, of course, television. The western city (And specifically the Italian one) tends to sink his personal democratic thought (there where one is present), and to approve the channels transmitted by the common thought of a "distribution-democratic." That is the means of mass communication in the first place, and the schizophrenic reality that encompasses all in secundis.
In today like today, being able to further any political thought and a Democrat, through normal distribution channels that the company offers is to be considered as a chimera.
When the supply channel of democratic citizens, a channel is completely open to the consumer society, the concept of democracy (and consequently voting), they begin to blend and become part of consumerism itself.
To make matters even if we are, the more complicated is the result that the habituation to distribution channels Democratic leads in the minds of the average voter.
In the Company of "schizophrenic consumption", the speed with which you are awarded the information that they can not afford any kind of depth. It follows that the end user of that schizophrenia is forced to make his own decisions and make their own assessments on the basis of a few parameters and unclear.
The population is found then, in the absence of evidence to be assessed carefully, to decide on the basis of different elements. That is, on those elements that stand out better in the fast presentation proposal.
When the presentation of a consumer product is made fast and does not elaborate, the best way to make attractive, affordable and therefore, this product is to highlight (or even invent) the most appealing aspects. Then the limited time, with which it is proposed, and fast purchase schizophrenia, in which the average person is addicted, do the rest of the work.
Today, therefore, the average citizen, to choose their governments how to choose a pair of shoes in a store.
Today the average citizen does not exercise a right and duty, but makes a purchase. And evaluation of such purchase, as we have seen, is completely ephemeral and definitely not deep.
Today we begin to consider politics as shopping. In schizophrenic
democracy of consumption "the delegation popular, and the right to vote, are no longer based only on the rational voter persuasion, its faculty that it has to choose the best programs, the best policy. In this metastasis of democracy, we live in, the democratic exercise is based on another. That is not the rationality, purchase on need-induced lifestyle. This method does not always reward the best.
If you continue to consider politicians as products consumption, the result will not merely be the "politics of consumption." That is, a democratic system ill, in which there is a need to change leaders, every few months, simply because the market is the "next model". Most fascinating and cutting edge.
but where, as explained above, the products are presented on the basis of thorough evaluations and ephemeral, it is likely that a candidate's charisma, his ability to seduce you probably do not coincide with its real merits.
And as with the sweater bought at Christmas, you find yourself wanting to replace worn at Easter, even if only a couple of times. When politics becomes consumerism, spoke boredom and desire for change. Spoke of the need to replace and buy the newer model and seductive. You find yourself wanting to change a government, even if this was a good government, because only lasted too long compared to the standard to which the consumer makes us used.
The desire to change, to have more, hope that the new is better than the old, bring Western democracy to become a commodity on which to exercise their purchasing needs and change, which often do not correspond with the need improvement.

What Is The Value Of Popegosser China
consumerist democracy democratic regime
Today the regime is a democratic regime, however, that aculturazione omolagazione and that fascism is not successful in obtaining the power of today ... the power of consumption, is able to obtain.
The real fascism is precisely this power of consumption activities, and is destroying Italy. And this thing has been moved so quickly that we realized.

Pimples Near My Belly Button
THE LADY AND THE KNIGHT - AN INVESTIGATION ON SILVIO BERLUSCONI. The only "FICTION" BANNED ON TV. COMPLAINT AT RISK.
A editorial staff. The Telemachus is nothing more. Small and free. And thanks to its "size" and its "freedom" is a drawing that does not genuflect before any power. Faced with no established power.
The Telemachus, not in control. It has no political references, they affect the party superstructure. The
Telemachus can afford to be free. Free to
INFORMATION. The real one, without censorship.
Since the days of " Zero - an investigation on September 11 ", through the creation of "Blood & Concrete - an investigation on the earthquake Aquila " this pint-sized drawing is in charge of investigations.
I Telemachus us to work with me and so many boys and girls of my age. Young journalists who can claim to be a freelance journalist.
With them I share a passion for this work. I share with them the desire to expose, spread, more than simply inform.
share the dream to achieve something that makes a difference. That is not subservient to any power. Something that leaves a mark and that annoys those who have a guilty conscience. Who has something to hide.
We do investigative journalism. A difficult job, which in our country has been almost totally abandoned.
We make documentaries, with the conviction of wanting to spread some good. With the desire to inform people. With the need to highlight the truth, the facts.
We do investigations. And the film "The Lady and the Knight " is an investigation. Made with great skill by my colleagues and friends in the draft.
"The ladies and the Knight " an investigation is disturbing, but true. An investigation that has set new standards in system-Italy. This is a documentary that will never be able to see broadcast on national TV. It 'a work of journalism that "they" do not want you to see.
Soon the DDL piduista anti-wiretapping, commissioned by Premier Silvio Berlusconi, will file a sad film censorship throughout the Italian media. Forcing her to quit for a fact you can do their work.
One of the aims of the new law gag Berlusconi is to not allow more than in any way, that the interception of any kind, are published in newspapers or included in documentaries and television programs. This will lead to the result to make it even more impunity impunity and to ensure that impunity is widespread and served to the public.
" The ladies and the Knight" is a work that, at this moment, completely clashes with censors who are the plans of Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi.
is a documentary that brings together and makes the story more irraccontabili of our Prime Minister. His perverse relationship with prostitution. The unequivocal and clear system of favors, including sexual, he had created through years of politics. His questionable behavior with which we achieve our primary prostitutes, promising political careers, armchairs and gold at the European places.
is a documentary that makes extensive use of excerpts from wiretaps and interviews to supplement these records with concrete and unassailable.
" The ladies and the Knight" is a film that draws its strength dall'inoppugnabilità intercepts and records contenutovi. And that is why a documentary uncomfortable that we do not want to see the Italians.
"The ladies and Knight "will become illegal.
is therefore a race against time. Before it is approved anti.intercettazioni DDL, it is important that the documentary will be released as much as possible throughout the country. It is important to be able to move the minds of Italians, before the last dark censorship of the government to weigh upon them.

Following the interview with Franco smash, my colleague and friend and director of the film, made possible by careful investigation of the journalists: Andrea Petrosino, Stefania Creature, Andrea and Luisa Closed Mecci Sgarra.
What problems have you encountered in the distribution of the film?
We thought the most natural distribution was through the newspapers that are dell'antiberlusconismo a flag, so you have a widespread and open your eyes to as many people as possible. But all the papers to which we turned we have slammed the door in his face. With some we arrived almost at the signing of the contract, others have stopped before, but none for commercial reasons or because he liked the movie. They got all scared, because of the climate that you created in the country.
What you have said?
That's too risky, that they are unable to fund their causes and to pay the lawyers in the case of complaints. We have consulted several law firms and all have told us that the film is immune from the legal point of view. The suspicion is that there has been a heavy political intervention. In most cases the ownership of newspapers has intervened and the project went to air. So we thought we distribute in newspapers, but even in this case, the distributors have not accepted because it was too risky.
What's in this documentary that is so afraid? It is not known and topics have already been published on several occasions?
The elements of information are all more or less known, but the media have been presented in a fragmented, no one has ever put together. See and hear all of the material makes a big impression. Furthermore we give a political reading of the relationship between Prime Minister Berlusconi and women. We interviewed two former members of Forza Italy - Marcello Vernola, former MEP who is now the province of Bari, and Paolo Guzzanti, former Member of Forza Italy and president of the Mitrokhin Commission - and both have told us what you think of the Parliament and Berlusconi Italian Constitution and explained that Berlusconi wants to change our institutions through the women.
One would expect that the opposition had the public interest to make a documentary like this ...
to me that one year has passed and Patrick D'Addario has never really been interviewed by any television broadcast. Was this Annozero for five minutes and the transmission of Gad Lerner for another five minutes. But no one has ever called for two major things: why he recorded the conversations with the Prime Minister and why he decided to report everything to the judiciary. Only by answering these questions you really understand the story and the reason why Berlusconi has set in motion the Interior Ministry to stop this woman. She came to report the matter to the judiciary because it was life threatening. If you do not understand these things, public opinion is the idea that D'Addario has been the instrument of a conspiracy and that he wanted to blackmail Berlusconi. None of our media has tried to really understand what happened nor did supported the people who were crushed by the experience. Such as the photographer Antonello Zappaddu, which published photos of the festivities at Villa Certosa, but now has fled to Colombia. The newspaper for which he worked fired him, and neither journalists nor the order of individual colleagues have rallied to his defense.
What materials did you use for the film?
We interviewed as many people as possible, even though many have refused. At the end of the film, to be honest information, we included the list with the names of people who have not had to interview, including the minister Mara Carfagna, Letizia, the minors who attended the Prime Minister, and his parents. To fill the gap, we turned to the circle of people who have had to deal with those directly involved, in order to reconstruct the stories. Then we talked to several journalists who have dealt with these events and we used the records of the wiretaps, records of D'Addario, the film documents, in short, everything that we were able to fix it.
What is the idea that emerges?
There is a world of girls, entrepreneurs, entertainers, leaders of business, which revolves around sex and is tied to the prime minister. Berlusconi system her girls in two ways: in the entertainment world, to do favors to politicians who serve in the parliament or in politics. This is not a prize, but a strategy: Berlusconi needs to fill the various parliaments - regional, national and European level - of people devoted to him and ignorant, and completely controllable. These people do not speak, do not make speeches and act upon messages that indicate how to vote. The premier is trying to get a parliament made up of automatons in his hands, where the right to speak and vote are the prerogative of leaders who do pass the laws adopted by the government. Who tried to put a spoke in the wheel, the media or individual witnesses, is destroyed by true killer media. It is an apparatus disinformation worthy of the KGB of the Soviet Union, managed by the director of 'Who' and 'TV & smiles songs,' Alfonso Signorini.
Following this idea that you currently experience the world of information in Italy?
In terms of media, Italy is close to a modern kind of dictatorship. Berlusconi is not so much that orders things, are the journalists who censor, censor others and make a square around him. Even those who are afraid of the fight and the way they do their work makes it harmless. Are not made anymore questions that bring into difficulties, there are no investigations, except in rare in some newspapers and television broadcasts. Unlike other countries, in Italy the monitoring role of the press to politics does not exist and if there becomes so instrumental reasoning in terms of right and left.
That this film could have reflected public opinion, even among those who support Berlusconi?
I'd like to screen the film in a circle of the PDL, I would like to interact with voters Berlusconi, I would like them to realize things. I think some people put in front of reality could change his mind. The problem is that since we were denied distribution, we can not reach them. As you are moving
now?
We are acting on their own, through a Facebook page, a blog and the many contacts that we have created. We sell via the Internet and organize shows all around Italy, with screenings and discussions.
The experience of this film also shows that the small producers in Italy are struggling to emerge?
Small production are crushed because there is no room television. Mediaset not broadcast documentaries, La7 does not pay, Rai and return them to a few people around. A small Italian documentary ends up as the cinema, but even there it is not easy to get to a distributor, distribution on DVD, or external, where the logic are different. We are already dealing with a worldwide distribution in Spain, France and England have shown interest.
